Victor and Sarah Briceno opened this Ozark room in December 2020 with dishes drawn from about thirteen Latin countries, and the Springfield Daily Citizen's Juliana Goodwin singles out the Caribbean end of the menu. The mofongo is fried plantains mashed with garlic and chicharron under grilled shrimp and a cheese sauce; the Cuban ropa vieja is brisket in tomato sauce with peppers, onions and green olives. 417 Magazine points to the tostones.
