A Cherry Valley Turnpike orchard run by Vinny Sicignano, a short drive from Beak and Skiff, with a restaurant attached to the farm store. Sicignano told CNY Central the cider donuts were fried that morning and that the apple pies have been made the same way for close to thirty years. newyorkupstate.com calls the doughnuts pillowy soft and says to eat one while waiting for the apple fritters. Hours run 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Order cider donuts, then the apple burger with grilled apple and maple bourbon aioli.
