Santa Fe Bite carries on the Bobcat Bite tradition on St. Michael's Drive, where it moved in October 2019. Longtime employees Angela Mason and Armando Rivas took it over from John and Bonnie Eckre in 2023, with the Eckres staying on, and the signature green chile cheeseburger, perfected over some 20 years by John Eckre and Rivas, remains the reason to go; Rivas's menu also runs to tacos, enchiladas and flautas. Order the green chile cheeseburger.
