A Pine Street chocolate shop in downtown Zionsville, opened in the space where Ganache Chocolatier used to trade, by founders who learned their truffles from Ganache's owner. Travis Moss now runs it, making nearly everything in-house from the founders' signature recipes and adding handcrafted chocolate bars. The hand-size turtles come in dark and milk chocolate with gooey caramel and nuts, and the truffles run from a black tea and almond ganache to bourbon, cayenne cinnamon and chocolate lavender. Order a turtle and a few truffles.
