Truffles & Creams Chocolatier · Zionsville
A Pine Street chocolate shop in downtown Zionsville, opened in the space where Ganache Chocolatier used to trade, by founders who learned their truffles from Ganache's owner. Travis Moss now runs it, making nearly everything in-house from the founders' signature recipes and adding handcrafted chocolate bars. The hand-size turtles come in dark and milk chocolate with gooey caramel and nuts, and the truffles run from a black tea and almond ganache to bourbon, cayenne cinnamon and chocolate lavender. Order a turtle and a few truffles.
Xchocol'Art · Carmel
Chocolatier Joann Hofer came to chocolate in 2011 while living in Austria, and with a background in oil painting she took it up as its own art form, which led her to open this storefront in Carmel's Arts & Design District. Her chocolates carry an Austrian influence. Order a mixed box of her handmade pieces.
Greenfield Chocolates · Greenfield
A downtown Greenfield chocolate shop on Main Street where every treat has been made in-house since 2012, using specialty chocolates from around the world, with Belgian, Swiss and French the popular choices. The display cases hold row upon row of truffles. Order a box of truffles from the case.
