Tsokolate Confections

Tsokolate takes its name from the Filipino term for chocolate and makes superfood bonbons, each encased in 72% dark chocolate and hand-painted and hand-tempered so the vibrant colors outside match those used inside. Flavors include black sesame and elderberry, local ingredients go into each bonbon where possible, and the chocolate comes only from farms with fair and direct trade practices. Many of its desserts are gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan. It sells its chocolates at the Columbia Farmers Market and takes orders for pickup here, at the kitchen it shares with other makers.
