Victory East sets up inside the historic Victory Grill, the East 11th Street blues venue, serving elevated Southern cooking with Afro-Caribbean flavors. Jerk-spiced meats, oxtails, and cornbread share the menu with live music in a room thick with Chitlin Circuit history. The Victory Grill rebrand keeps the landmark alive as a restaurant honoring the neighborhood's Black cultural legacy.
