Time Out describes cousins Tyler Wilson and Joseph Pitruzzelli turning a triangular downtown space into a sausage kitchen, fitted with industrial geometric furniture Pitruzzelli built himself and a DJ booth. The grill runs from Polish style kielbasa to rattlesnake and rabbit, paired with a very large order of skin on frites. The taps are mostly Belgian and German and the handles carry no brand names. Order the Duchesse de Bourgogne, which the magazine calls notoriously tart.
