Connect Savannah's Neil Gabbey describes a local wine bar turned neighborhood eatery that passed its first year in August 2023, then took on Jason Restivo, who had owned Atlantic, as a partner. Co-founder Ryan Ribeiro told him the plan was to elevate the food and the wine list together, calling the result Sobremesa with an elevated wine list. Come for the list rather than the cocktails, which arrived later, and eat while you drink.
