Across 50 years the kitchen added Greek gyros to its lineup of kebabs, falafel, and shawarma, carving the spit-roasted meat into pita with tomato, onion, and a garlic-forward sauce. The original Marshall Street shop has closed, so head to the Fairmount location and order a gyro with a side of hummus.
