The near-15-year Cosmopolitan original closed and reopened Downtown in the Arts District in May 2025. The Forager Burger blends mushroom into prime beef, and the foie gras Billionaire burger carries over from the old room, alongside the boozy cereal-bowl milkshakes the concept was built on.

A Centennial Hills smash spot on North Durango from the Sorry Not Sorry Creamery owners, using never-frozen beef formed fresh all day. Double patties with lacy crisp edges get Love sauce and shoestring fries, with bacon and jalapenos optional and dipped custard cones for after.

Better known for pizza on East Charleston, but the $10 smashburger has its own following, 80/20 chuck patties seasoned with togarashi and Old Bay, white American cheese, caramelized onions, and house pickles under a togarashi-spiked secret sauce. It is a sleeper order most first-timers miss.

A retro Spiegelworld diner-turned-steakhouse inside the LINQ, built around the Delancey Deluxe burger, a chuck-and-short-rib blend with Muenster, sour cherry aioli, watercress, cornichon, and gravy for dipping. Disco fries and prime steaks round out a 70s-soundtracked, late-night room, though the burger is the reason to sit down.

A smashburger counter at the Block 16 food hall downtown, with a second stall at the Cosmopolitan. The Naughty Patty runs a 70/30 brisket-and-chuck blend under a tangy, tomato-based umami smash sauce, easy to devour and paired with a house-made root beer.
