A multi-generational, family-run walk-up window scooping frozen custard from the same Oakey Boulevard spot since 1973. The fourth generation now runs the original recipe, and the shop is enough of a local landmark to sit on downtown's historic-business map, a walk-up window generations of Las Vegans have grown up on.

A Vegas-born craft creamery built on hormone- and antibiotic-free milk, known for playful flavors like a Tajin-spiked mangonada, campfire s'mores, and whiskey bananas Foster. The founding trio has grown the brand from a single scoop shop to three valley locations on local demand alone.

A Mexican ice cream shop and paleteria drawing on Michoacan roots, known for a mamey scoop that lands somewhere between sweet potato pie and cantaloupe. The menu also runs to fruit paletas, sorbets, and crepes, a fuller expression of the Mexican ice cream tradition than the average paleta cart.

An in-house creamery turning out close to 40 flavors nightly until midnight, with the signature move being ice cream sandwiched between light, crispy macarons instead of standard cookies. Shakes and milk teas round out a menu built for a late-night crowd.
