The Las Vegas outpost of the Florentine schiacciata shop founded in 1991, at UnCommons in the southwest valley. It keeps the original's formula, thin schiacciata bread stacked with Tuscan prosciutto, tomato, and basil across a menu of about 16 sandwiches built on imported ingredients.

Bronze Cafe offers both meat and vegetarian sandwiches in the northwest valley. The Complicated Order stacks turkey, bacon, avocado, greens, and basil aioli on ciabatta; the Vegucated Order builds a plant-based version with vegan bacon and Tofurky.
