Rome Sentinel's feature on chef Anthony Amodio's Bagg's Square salumeria centers the tomato pie he built his catering reputation on, which he carried onto the new deli's menu when it opened near Union Station in fall 2025, and the paper's Global Cuisine series named the tomato pie again the following spring.
