Rowley Farmhouse Ales

Rowley Farmhouse Ales is a brewpub on Maclovia Street at the edge of the Casa Alegre neighborhood with gourmet wings on its food menu. The kitchen makes them with Mary's chicken, Korean-style: sticky-sweet, with soy sauce and vinegar soaked into a crisp, eggshell-thin outer layer, finished with roasted peanuts and green onions and served with a cucumber salad. Rowley Farmhouse Ales, a block south of Cerrillos Road on Maclovia Street, opened in September 2016 to brew farmhouse and sour ales in the tradition of Belgian, French and American farm brewing, and it pours them beside a long draft and bottle list of beers from New Mexico and beyond.
