David Shannon's Oregon Hill dining room has run a French-inspired menu since 2015, built around a playful and unmistakably personal tasting-menu style. Richmond Magazine named it the winner of its Best Restaurant to Take Out-of-Towners category in 2025, and a runner-up for Best Fine Dining that same year.
