Ukiyo sits at Bull Street and 39th in Starland, the Asian concept Anthony Debreceny's Southern Cross Hospitality had been looking for space to open for years. Eat It & Like It tells how chef AJ had already drawn a ramen shop of his own, down to the logo and the room, before the two met. The menu runs to small plates, some of it printed and some of it not. Order the bao buns and a bowl of ramen.

Untitled occupies the former Whitaker's Bar space with a menu of Japanese-inspired small plates that includes sushi, paired with a cocktail program built to match. The restaurant added omakase, a chef's choice tasting service, making it the only place in Savannah offering that format. Savannah Magazine profiled the room in its March 2026 dining feature.
