Each holiday season a hidden room inside this longtime Waikīkī tiki restaurant transforms into The Christmas Bar Hawaiʻi, wrapped floor to ceiling in over-the-top decorations and staffed by bartending elves. The seasonal menu leans into festive holiday cocktails alongside charcuterie plates and desserts built for sharing. Order a holiday cocktail from the seasonal list, or let the elves behind the bar make a suggestion. Once the season ends, the room folds back into Tiki's Grill & Bar's regular tiki and Hawaiian-regional dining room for the rest of the year.

Each winter an open-air corner of this Waikīkī hotel becomes Sippin' Santa, tiki legend Beachbum Berry's Christmas-tiki program, popular enough after its debut season that the hotel brought it back the following year and has kept doing so since. Expect potent tiki cocktails, festive snacks and seasonal music under holiday decor with an island bent. Order whatever the Sippin' Santa bar team is pouring that week, since the tiki list turns over with the season. The rest of the year the space returns to the hotel's regular open-air lobby bar service.
