A Lebanese family restaurant tracing to a Beirut kitchen the Hedary family opened in 1960, then Fort Worth in 1976, and Las Vegas in 2004. Mariz Khoury, one of nine children of founders Antoine and Leila Hedary, reopened the concept at The Gramercy, carrying forward decades of family recipes.
