Iconik Coffee Roasters brought third-wave coffee to Santa Fe when it opened on Lena Street in 2013, first bringing pour-overs to town, and the Lena Street shop remains its flagship among several locations, roasting its own coffee. Order a cup brewed from one of the house roasts.

Ohori's Coffee Roasters dates to 1984, when Susan Ohori, trained by Alfred Peet, began producing a very dark roast. The family-owned roaster now runs two cafes, this one at Luna Santa Fe on Cerrillos Road and another on St. Francis Drive beside its gift and brewing-gear shop. Order a cup of the dark roast.
