Whoo's Donuts Pizza and Brew · Cerrillos Rd corridor
Opened in 2011 by Jeff and Kari Keenan, who also run the ChocolateSmith next door, this Cerrillos Road shop makes small-batch donuts with organic ingredients. Food & Wine has named its donuts New Mexico's best, and Gil's Thrilling Blog chronicles the shop in depth. Order the signature blue corn blueberry lavender donut, a New Mexican twist that has become the house calling card. A morning stop that tends to sell out.
Craft Donuts & Coffee - Express · Old Santa Fe Trail
Started in January 2020 as a food cart near the state capitol and now grown to two brick-and-mortar shops, this made-to-order donut counter lets you build your own. The Santa Fe Reporter's 'Seeing Donuts' and The Bite NM's 'The Craft of Donuts' both featured it. Order a custom donut, or go for the Maple Bacon or the S'mores. The Old Santa Fe Trail original is joined by a second shop on Zafarano Drive.
