Each holiday season this Chinatown dive becomes Miracle on Spring Mountain, stuffed with kitschy, over-the-top decor and a new lineup of seasonal cocktails and mocktails poured into holiday glassware. Order whatever seasonal Miracle cocktail is on the list and take the glass home. Once the calendar turns, Sand Dollar Lounge goes back to being its regular Chinatown dive-bar self.

Each winter this speakeasy tucked behind a donut shop inside Aria's Proper Eats food hall becomes Miracle on Easy St., filling the room with festive decor and a rotating list of holiday cocktails. The bar keeps its regular late-night show schedule running alongside the seasonal drink menu. Order whatever the seasonal Miracle cocktail list is pouring, then stick around for the live entertainment the room is already known for. Once the pop-up wraps at year's end, Easy's returns to its everyday speakeasy program.

Each winter the Birdie Bar, the second-floor bar overlooking this venue's hitting bays, becomes the Jingle Bell Lounge, built around a menu of seasonal drinks. The room stays open to walk-ins without a golf reservation required, with occasional Santa photo sessions added to the schedule. Order from the seasonal cocktail list while taking in the view of the Toyota Yard below. Once the season ends, the Birdie Bar goes back to being Topgolf's regular second-level sports bar.

Each holiday season this sports bar inside Mandalay Bay dresses up as A Christmas Parlor, a pop-up built around holiday cocktails, tableside s'mores and a short list of festive small plates, with a toy drive for the county fire department's burn foundation running alongside. The parlor opens in the evening and stays up through early January. Order a cocktail from the seasonal list, then the s'mores. Once the parlor comes down, Flanker goes back to being Mandalay Bay's everyday sports bar with its regular kitchen menu.
